This website is operated by Gordon Crane Co., Inc., doing business as Gordon Crane Co., Inc., 1801 Inlet Dr, Fort Myers, FL 33903. This page explains, in plain English, what we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you fill in a form on this site we collect the name, phone number, email address, job location and job details you type in. We do not ask for and do not want payment details, and there is nothing on this site that collects them.
We also collect basic analytics through Google Analytics 4, which uses cookies to record things like which pages were visited, roughly where the visit came from and what device was used. That data is aggregated. It does not tell us who you are.
If we run Google Ads in future, conversion tracking cookies will record that a form submission or call came from an ad. That is covered by the same terms as everything else on this page.
What we do with it
Form submissions are emailed straight to us through Resend, our email delivery provider, so we can respond to your request. That is the only reason we collect them.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to anyone for marketing. The only third parties who touch it are the services that make the site run: Resend for email delivery, Vercel for hosting and Google for analytics.
How long we keep it
Quote requests stay in our email so we have a record of the job. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics settings, which default to 14 months. If you want your enquiry deleted, ask and we will delete it.
Cookies
Analytics cookies are the only cookies this site sets. You can block or delete them in your browser settings and the site will keep working normally.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (239) 281-3030 or use the contact form and we will sort it out.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
